WOD: For time, 21, 15, and 9 reps of: Clean @ 135# and Ring dips

Afterward, I swam 40 lengths = 1000yards. I felt real good. I stopped less and only a few seconds after a length or lap. All freestyle. I could have done 50 lengths but I was starting to have cramps in my toes and calves.

Good stuff with the swimming. You gotta take a water bottle to the pool and hydrate. Also, try not to push off so hard each time you turn on a lap. I get arch cramps when I do that. The pool is only 25 meters anyway. None of us should be pushing off. You wind up coasting most of the way. Do that and you will wind up paying for it later...
