What's up, Nat! I miss you all. You're looking fine as usual. You keep up the good work too. It's 20 Sep 09. I'm a little worried but with training I get more confident each day. I'm doing it with two friends. We're planning a 10 mile race in Charolettesville, VA in April and a swim in the Chesapeake Bay in June. I need to buy a good bike but I'm broke. Hopefully, I'll save enough money before Sep to get one. I miss the gym. You all stay safe and healthy. Later, John
