Swim/Bike Brick

Tri-WOD: Swim 1 miles, followed by a 35 mile bike ride. Race pace.

I swam 72 lengths (1800 yards or 1.02 miles). I ran out of time today to complete the WOD. I know... there's always time for workouts, but I really need to get this research paper going. Later...

Dude - You're already swimming a mile? I havent even started the swim stuff yet. Good luck on your paper. Its tough balancing it all. - Matt

Dude - I just got stuck on a TF @ the Pentagon. My training is FUBAR for now. I'm reverting to CF in the AM (0530 - ugh!) and swimming/biking on the weekends until this thing settles down. I plan to restart Mike's tri-program after this thing is over. Yes, my class is suffering a little too. I hope to catch up this weekend. Rrrrr!
