Swim and then Row, FSs, GHD SUs, and BXJs

AM WOD: Swim constantly, if possible, for 20 to 25 minutes.

I swam for 25 minutes, but I stopped after four laps for a breather.

PM WOD: Five rounds for time of:

Row 250 meters
135 pound Front squat, 10 reps
15 GHD Sit-ups
20 Box jumps, 24 inch box

Time: 46:25

Note: On the last set of BXJs, I used a 30" box because someone jacked my 24 incher.
