AM WOD: Swim continuously for 25 minutes.

Note: I swam for 20 minutes. My endurance is getting better but I'm still a weak swimer right now. I need to lose some weight!

PM WOD: Three rounds for time of:
Run 800 meters
50 Back Extensions
50 Sit-ups

Time: 40:38 (Ugh)
