CrossFit Totals (815)

WOD:

Back Squat, 1 Rep.
Shoulder Press, 1 Rep.
Deadlift, 1 Rep.

I did 275 (BS) + 155 (SP) + 385 (DL) = 815. I didn't kill myself today because it's always nice to leave a little room for improvement. LOL
