Box jump, Push press, and Pull ups
WOD: I did the alternate WOD courtesy CrossFitClarksville - thanks!
In 20 min. complete as many rounds of:
24" Box jumps, 30 Reps
115# Push press, 20 Reps
30 Pull ups
I did two complete rounds and 15 box jumps.
