WOD: Five rounds for time of: 40 Double Unders, 30 20' Bench Jumps, and 20 1.5# Kettle bell swings.
I performed 30 Double Unders, 20 20' Bench Jumps, and 10 45# Dumb bell swings. I could have done 55# or 65# but I took it easy since it was the first real leg workout I've done in a while.
I was quite winded but I made it. My time: 29:14:17 - ugh.
