Deadlifts
On 21 Jul 09, I completed the main WOD (Deadlifts 1-1-1-1-1-1-1), except I only completed five reps. It felt good but I could tell I lost quite a bit of "umf!".
Warm up: 135 x 5
225 x 1, 315 x 1, 365 x 1, 385 x 1, 395 x 1
